Main tasks:

• Respond to requests and identify client needs;
• Determine cost, scope and schedule of projects;
• Send out bids;
• Take charge of new projects;
• Giving instructions to staff in charge;
• Ongoing training and supervision of staff;
• Follow-up on the budget and schedule of the projects under his/her responsibility;
• Supporting technical staff as needed;
• Meeting with clients and following up during the project;
• Provide after-sales customer service;
• Visit work sites as required;
• Quality control;
• Verification and signature of deliverables;
• Responsible for performance to management;
• All other related tasks.

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations;
• Ability to perform land analysis;
• Bachelor’s degree in geomatics;
• Membership in the Quebec Order of Land Surveyors is mandatory;
• Professionalism, sense of responsibility and thoroughness;
• Ability to work with tight deadlines;
• Good analytical skills.
