Whether you are a real estate developer or the owner of a lot that you wish to divide, regroup or transform into a divided co-ownership, the land surveyor will be able to advise you on your project. During the operations, the land surveyor makes an inventory of the rights, laws and regulations affecting the property and carries out a land survey to locate the elements relevant to the file. He also prepares plans according to the applicant’s requirements and in compliance with standards. Once all the authorizations have been obtained, the surveyor will send the plan to the land registry for officialization and the new boundaries will be in effect in the following weeks.
